Since its inception in 2001, the Duman Entrepreneurship Center and Loan Fund has been committed to meeting the unique financial and technical assistance needs of new and existing entrepreneurs for start-up or small business expansion for residents of the Chicago metropolitan area.
Access to Capital – ZERO AND LOW INTEREST loans, for loans in good standing, depending upon eligibility – $50 non-refundable loan application fee – Loan closing costs are 5% of the loan amount – Micro-loan amounts up to $15,000 – Loan terms of 1-3 years Micro-loan Eligibility Requirements – Loans for start-ups or small business expansions – Loans reserved for entrepreneurs who cannot qualify for traditional bank financing – Loans for residents of the Chicago metropolitan area
