The Chatfield Economic Development Authority (EDA) is a group of seven community members who focus on the “business aspect” of the growth of the community.
They deal with commercial and industrial projects as well as with multiple family housing projects.
This group considers tax increment financing request, development agreements and also administers a revolving loan fund that is designed to assist small businesses.
