A small revolving loan fund is avaiable for manufacturing, distribution or service businesses locating in Cass County, MN.

The Cass County EDC revolving loan funds are available to purchase land, building, equipment and inventory.

We will partner with commercial banks or other public loan funds.

Job creation is required, rate and terms are negotiable.

Maximum of $30,000.
