The Region Nine Development Commission established a Revolving Loan Programs to better serve the Minnesota counties of Sibley, Nicollet, Le Sueur, Brown, Watonwan, Blue Earth, Waseca, Martin and Faribault.
The loan programs are meant to provide capital for startup and expansion for the small business activity not served by traditional lenders.
Loans may be provided in conjunction with other financing.
Jobs must be created or retained within these guidelines: – <$10,000 borrowed requires 1 job per $10,000 borrowed - $10,000-50,000 borrowed requires 1 job per $35,000 borrowed - $51,000-250,000 borrowed requires 1 job per $50,000 borrowed
