The Western Illinois Regional Council Revolving Loan Program assists new and existing Illinois businesses in Fulton, Hancock, Henderson, Knox, McDonough and Warren counties to create new full-time positions for low-income persons through low interest business loans for machinery, equipment, or working capital.
Loans of up to 49% of the total project cost may be provided, with a loan maximum of $20,000 per new job created.
