The West Central Arkansas Planning & Development District administers a low interest, revolving loan fund that may be used as a business development financing tool in Clark, Conway, Garland, Hot Springs, Johnson, Montgomery, Perry, Pike, Pope and Yell Counties.
This fund is designed to provide “gap financing to small businesses by assisting the borrower to leverage private sector funds.
The program has flexible financing options and working capital loans, fixed assets and inventory projects may be financed for eligible projects.
