Se-Me-No Electric Cooperative began a revolving loan fund in 1995 to assist the developing rural areas within the service area (parts of Webster, Douglas and Wright counties).

Funds require at least 51% of jobs created with funds will benefit low/moderate income residents.

Funding is available up to $100,000.
