This Renville County Housing and Economic Development Authority Revolving Loan Fund is a unique and flexible source of supplemental financing for businesses that have a positive economic impact on Renville County, Minnesota.
RLF funds are awarded for the purpose of creating new permanent jobs or permanently retaining existing jobs to allow businesses to grow and improve the local economy.
Renville County’s Business RLF can be used for start-up and working capital loans, building and plant renovations, transportation improvements, project planning and other business needs.
The Renville County HRA/EDA has a goal of creating or retaining at least one full time job for each $10,000 loaned from the Business RLF.
