Eligibility Requirements: The business must be working with a financial institution or economic development entity Equity requirements are 10% for an existing business and 20% for a start up business PADD’s portion of the entire project cannot be more than 75% of the entire financing package or $150,000, whichever is smaller Terms are generally a maximum of 10 years.
Real Estate financing may go up to 20 years
