Gregory Business & Industrial Development (BID) was formed in 1986 to promote the City of Gregory and foster new businesses and investments.
BID is a non-profit corporation, registered with the State of South Dakota, which works in cooperation with the City of Gregory, the Gregory Commercial Club, and the State of South Dakota.
The Gregory BID offers a revolving loan fund for job creation and economic development, providing low interest financing for new and expanding businesses.
Loans are available up to $250,000 under certain guidelines.
Assistance is intended to promote the development of business and industrial concerns, create jobs and provide opportunities for economic growth.
