Kendall County, Illinois Economic Development oversees a revolving loan fund used to foster job creation. The County coordinates development in unincorporated areas of the County and provides support to local municipalities and local economic development corporations (EDCs) to facilitate business development in the cities and villages. For every $15,000 borrowed, one full-time job must be created or retained.
