CRDC manages a variety of geographically targeted loan funds targeted to growing New Hampshire businesses in Merrimack, Hillsborough and Sullivan Counties.
After an analysis of the potential borrowers needs, the CRDC loan officer will work closely with your banker to determine the best program to assist the project.
The program is designed as a small business problem solving fund and CRDC can be flexible in tailoring the loan to meet the needs of the borrower.
The following are general program terms: – Maximum Loan Amount: $150,000.00 – Maximum Participation: 50 percent of total project financing.
– Eligible Uses: Purchase of land, purchase of existing building, renovation of real estate, construction of new facility, purchase of machinery and equipment and working capital.
– Required Job Creation: 1 new full-time employee for every $50,000 loaned.
CRDC will also consider providing assistance if a compelling case for job retention is made by the borrower.
