The Bayfield County Economic Development Corporation offers two loan programs for businesses in Bayfield County, Wisconsin.
Regional Revolving Loan Fund Regional revolving loan funds can be used for land & buildings, renovation & facade upgrades, and equipment & machinery.
Funds are not intended to provide the total financing and are generally limited to 50% of total project costs.
Interest rates for revolving loan funds are no less than 4% and no greater than 2% over prime.
Facade Loans Loans of up to $20,000 with an interest rate of no more than 2% are available for the repair or replacement of business building facades in the downtown areas of municipalities with downtown design guidelines.
