The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund supports the creation and retention of quality jobs by offering loans and training to self-employed workers and owners of small businesses across Nebraska, including those considered too small or too risky for other lenders.

Our loans range from $1,000 to $500,000. Borrowers must have been in business for at least a year and must have filed a tax return for the business for which the loan is requested.

The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund will lend to small businesses, including those considered too small or too risky for other lenders, for the following purposes: – Purchase of equipment or other fixed assets – Acquisition of a business – Marketing capital – New-product development – Inventory expansion – Acquisition of, or improvements to, land or buildings for use by the applicant’s business – Other business uses, considered on a loan-by-loan basis Small-business loans Micro loans of $1,000 to $10,000 serve primarily self-employed persons and the smallest companies.

Based on a business skills assessment, suggestions for training or technical support may include a business performance coach, consultant, or a business peer group.

Business Builder Loans of $10,000 to $500,000 can be used to improve or grow your business.

Training or technical support may be provided by some combination of a business performance coach, consultant, an advisory board or a business peer group.

Vested for Growth Provides risk-tolerant capital up to $500,000, business education, and peer-learning opportunities to help owners of established small businesses increase profits and create higher-quality jobs.

We create sub-debt and royalty financing packages for businesses when banks and equity sources can’t provide enough capital to meet their needs.

Training or technical support is provided by some combination of: a business performance coach, consultant, an advisory board or a business peer group.

Energy loans Many businesses are interested in lowering their energy consumption and costs.

The Community Loan Fund finances energy-efficiency and renewable-energy projects and provides grants for energy audits for small businesses.

Currently, we are offering audit grants and low-interest loans of up to $100,000 through our Enterprise Energy Fund.

Matched savings Small-business entrepreneurs with very-limited income may also be eligible for grant funds through our Individual Development Account (IDA) matched savings program.
