The City of Lewiston, Maine’s Facade Grant Program’s purpose is to provide financial assistance to improve the facades of privately owned, taxable, commercial buildings in the downtown area.

Eligible Activity / Applicant Eligibility To be eligible for the Facade Grant program, prospective participants must be located in the designated area of the downtown and be willing to improve the entire facade of the building.

Maximum grant – $25,000 per address
