GCDA offers a Facade and Sign Grant Incentive Program for eligible business owners located in the City of Gadsden’s TIFF Districts.
Funds are provided on a matching basis with a maximum award of $3,000 for façade (exterior) work and $1,000 for signage.
The building owner or tenant must receive approval from the GCDA before work commences in order to be eligible for grant funds.
