The Greater Egypt Regional Planning & Development’s EDA Revolving Loan Program is used for projects in Franklin, Jackson, Jefferson, Perry and Williamson counties in Illinois.

RLF funds are available up to $150,000 or $15,000 per full time job created.

Interest rates are 3% and higher.

Loan Terms – Working capital – 5-7 years – Machinery & equipment – 7-10 years – Fixed assets – not to exceed 10 years
