In 1991, Main Street Mansfield established a low-interest loan program for purchasing equipment, operating costs/working capital, inventory and minor leasehold improvements for downtown businesses in Mansfield, Ohio.

The suggested minimum loan is $25,000, and all loans are available at a prime rate over the term of the loan which cannot exceed ten (10) years.

The business owner must obtain the remaining portion of the financing through a lending institution.
