he NCRPC Business Finance Program is a well-established program whose mission is to successfully increase banks and businesses access and approval of specialized financing programs for projects in North Central Kansas by informing them of funding options, reviewing loan feasibility, and providing loan-packaging services to start, expand, or purchase a business.
The loan program provides down payment assistance for business projects that appear viable.
Loan amount available: Limited to 10% of project cost up to $25,000 (subject to availability of funds).
Minimum request of $5,000. Interest rate: 5% fixed Term: Based on project need Primary eligibility requirements: – Minimum of 10% from Applicant/Borrower – Bank request for assistance – Good personal credit history
