It provides long-term, fixed-rate financing to new-or-expanding businesses in exchange for job creation and employment.
Under the “microloan” program, 100% of a business creation or expansion up to $20,000 can be financed.
When project costs exceed the $20,000 threshold, the “revolving-loan” program can finance up to 49% of a business creation or expansion.
