Uses of Funds: Bridging a gap in funding for events or performance production expenses and artists fees that are secured by event revenue or box office receipts, Paying for new signage or a mural on the side of a building, covering the cost of materials for a commissioned artist, funding historical renovations and storefront improvements and creative place-making projects or events.
Loan Amount: $10,000 – $100,000.
Business Growth Loans – Business Growth Loans are accessible for new and existing businesses and nonprofits in Eugene.
Uses of Funds: Working capital and inventory purchases and the purchase of machinery and equipment.
Loan Amount: $75,000 – $500,000
Downtown Loans – Downtown Loans are meant to encourage investments within the Downtown Urban Renewal District.
Uses of Funds: Accessibility projectsnBuilding rehabilitation or renovation, facade enhancements, historic preservation, pedestrian covers and tenant improvements.

River Loans – River Loans offer flexible financing to support investments within the Riverfront Urban Renewal District.
