Program dollars are invested in a CD at below market rates.
– Custom loan packaging.
Eligible counties include: Minnesota counties served include: Aitken, Anoka, Becker, Beltrami, Benton, Big Stone, Blue Earth, Brown, Carlton, Carver, Cass, Chippewa, Chisago, Clearwater, Cook, Cottonwood, Crow Wing, Dakota, Dodge, Douglas, Faribault, Freeborn, Goodhue, Grant, Hennepin, Hubbard, Isanti, Itasca, Jackson, Kanabec, Kandiyohi, Koochiching, Lake, LeSueur, Lyon, Martin, McLeod, Meeker, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Murray, Nicollet, Nobles, Olmstead, Otter Tail, Pine, Pope, Redwood, Renville, Rice, Scott, Sherburne, Sibley, St. Louis, Stearns, Steele, Stevens, Swift, Todd, Wabasha, Wadena, Waseca, Washington, Watonwan and Wilkin.
