The Wind River Development Fund offers two business loan programs for businesses in the Wind River Indian Reservation.
Micro Loan Term: Two years or less Fixed Interest Rate: 9% Loan Origination Fee: $25 Eligible Loan Purposes: Loans must be for business purposes or community development projects.
Eligible uses include working capital, purchase of land or buildings, construction of building, leasehold improvements, business vehicle purchases, inventory, equipment, purchasing an existing business, or refinancing high interest business debt.
Eligible Applicants: Any new or existing business located on or near the Wind River Indian Reservation is eligible to apply for a loan.
Small Business Loan Term: 20 years or less Fixed Interest Rate: 6%-9% Loan Origination Fee: 1% of loan amount, minimum of $25. The loan origination fee can be part of the loan.
