Project OPEN Business Development Services include funding (grants and/or loans) and mentoring support to entrepreneurs in Saline County, Kansas with special emphasis on owner-operated businesses.

Awarded projects will receive mentoring support for three years.

Application for Business Development Funds are open quarterly, in February, May, August and November.

Specific dates are announced annually.

Maximum request for grant funds is $5,000. Businesses may only receive Project Open grant funding once.
