The Black Business Loan Fund (BBLF) provides business loans to established Black owned businesses located in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Lake counties.
Funds are available to eligible businesses that are at least 51% owned by an African-American.
BBIF offers two types of BBLF loans, direct loans up to $100,000 and loan guarantees up to $100,000. Businesses looking to apply for a Black Business Loan, direct loan or a loan guarantee must be established a minimum of 2 years and must be of good financial condition and viability and provide job creation.
