Downtown Montgomery property owners can apply for funds to renovate the facades of existing properties located within the program boundaries.
Done in conjunction with the Downtown Montgomery Plan, the City offers a grant to the building owner to pay a portion of improvement costs.
This creates a win-win project for both the building owner and Montgomery.
