The Lincoln-Uinta Revolving Loan Fund is a pool of money designed to help eligible businesses create or retain jobs in the Lincoln and Uinta counties of Wyoming.
The LURLF is intended to bridge the gap created by shortfalls in conventional financing.
A business may borrow up to 40% of the total project costs, not to exceed $100,000. The borrower is required to have at least 10% equity in the project.
Eligibility Business activities eligible for LURLF financing include: · Land and building acquisition · Building construction and renovation · Purchase of machinery · Equipment or working capital The job creation goal is one job per $7,500 of LURLF money used.
