The purpose of the Central Wisconsin Economic Development Fund, Inc is to fill financing gaps in local markets and to stimulate private sector development.
The CWED Loan Fund provides direct loans for up to 10 years at rates beginning at 2% and works in partnership with other lending institutions.
– At least one full-time position must be created or retained for every $20,000 of RLF funds requested.
– Fifty-one percent of jobs created or retained must be available to low-to-moderate income persons.
