The purpose of the RLF is to stimulate the Chilton, Wisconsin’s economy by providing low-interest loans to property owners to improve their properties.
The intent of this program is to encourage improvements to property located in the Uptown and Downtown areas which, in turn, will lead to economic development in these locations The RLF loan will provide long-term, reasonably-priced financing according to the following guidelines: – Maximum Loan: $50,000 – Maximum Outstanding: No applicant may have more than $50,000 outstanding at one time in the loan fund.
– Interest Rate: 2% – Term: Up to 15 years
