WDF Revolving Loan Program is a fund created to receipt and disburse the 1992 $320,000 grant to the City of Rice Lake, Wisconsin, which was loaned to a manufacturer for construction of its new South Industrial Park facility.

The original loan has been repaid and the City continues to re-loan available funds to other businesses for capital, equipment and/or real estate.
