The Village of Howard offers two loan programs for businesses in the Village of Howard, Wisconsin.

Revolving Loan Fund In July 1988, the Village of Howard was awarded a $502,500 grant from the Wisconsin Development Fund (WDF).

The grant was provided under the Economic Development Program administered by the Wisconsin Department of Development.

Program revenue from the grant was utilized for the Village of Howard Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund (RLF).

One full-time job must be created for every $20,000 borrowed.

Small Biz Improvement Loan Program
€¢ Loan Amounts are subject to the availability of program funds.

There is no set minimum.

The maximum amount shall be $5000 for signs and $10,000 for facade.


€¢ The Interest Rate shall be fixed at the prime rate as published in the Wall Street Journal at the time the contract is signed.


€¢ The Term of the Loan shall be no shorter than 6 months and no longer than 60 months.
