The purpose of the Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) program is to help provide funding for start-up and early stage financing for eligible small businesses, or businesses looking to expand and to create permanent, long-term jobs for low to moderate income individuals, or for women or minorities within our community.
The RLF program strives to provide gap financing to small businesses in situations where the bank is unable to fill total capital needs because of lending limits, collateral requirements, or risks associated with lending in rural areas.
Funds can be used for fixed assets, machinery, equipment, inventory, and working capital and leasehold improvements.
Funds are repaid into the RLF program and are made available to other local businesses, therefore allowing an ongoing job creation within our community.
Funds are available for businesses located in Duchesne, Daggett, and Uintah Counties.
