The Amarillo MSA Micro-Loan Program is designed to provide small and emerging private businesses with increased access to capital in both Potter and Randall Counties, Texas.

This program creates job opportunities and provides a means for businesses to grow.

The Amarillo MSA Micro-Loan Program will primarily target, but will not be limited to, low to moderate-income individuals in the Potter and Randall County area.
