The Northwest Tennessee Certified Development Corporation is designed to provide loans for small and emerging and/or expanding for-profit business enterprises within our Northwest Tennessee region.
The Intermediary Relending Program (IRP) macro-loan fund provides qualifying applicants with a maximum loan amount of $150,000 to fund larger business activities.
The Rural Business Enterprise Grant (RBEG) provides qualifying applicants with a maximum loan amount of $10,000 for smaller business activities.
Revolving Loan funds may be used for the construction of buildings, plants, equipment, access streets and roads, parking areas, utility and service extensions, start-up operation costs and working capital.
With a growing loan portfolio of over $1,500,000, the Revolving Loan Program continues to excel in service as an alternative source of financing support for helping to meet the capital needs of Northwest Tennessee businesses (Benton, Carroll, Crockett, Dyer, Gibson, Henry, Lake, Obion and Weakley counties).
