The Onida Area Development Corporation (OADC) is a non-profit corporation committed towards the sustainability of Sully County, South Dakota through business expansion/retention, town beautification, historical preservation and cultural enhancement.

The OADC has a Revolving Loan Fund available for anyone who is interested in building or expanding a business in Sully County.

A Revolving Loan Fund board reviews applications and business plans on an on-call basis.
