The Ohio Economic Development 166 Regional Loan Program provides direct loans for businesses locating or expanding in Carroll, Coshocton, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson, Stark and Tuscarawas counties.
Eligibility – Any commercial, manufacturing or industrial project that is creating or retaining jobs.
Loan Amount – 40% of total project cost or $350,000. Interest Rate – 3.75% Term: – 15 years real estate – 7 years machinery and equipment
