Allegany Business Center (ABC) is part of the ACCORD Corporation Business and Community Development Division (BCDD).
This division administers several programs including the Entrepreneurial Assistance Program (EAP) Center which offers a Revolving Loan fund for start-up and existing businesses in Allegany and Cattaraugus Counties in New York to encourage growth and expansion of business and to improve employment opportunities for low and moderate income residents.
Loans to businesses must benefit low to moderate income individuals.
Eligible businesses must be located in or create jobs in Allegany or Cattaraugus Counties.
Loan Amount: $3,000 – $25,000
