nLoan Amount – $3,000 – $10,000

Requirements: – New business located in N.and S. Omaha(less than 2 years)

– Graduate of small business classn- Current business plann- Meet credit requirements (established by NWO)n- In good standing with current creditors0n- No bankruptcy in last 3 yearsn- 2 years personal tax statementsn- Personal financial statementsn- Owner injects 10% of the cost of total projectn- Mandatory auto-deduction enrollmentn- First 6 months of profit/loss statements; quarterly compilations thereaftern- Use of funds statementsn- Collateral (assets to secure loan)n- Letter of denial from bankn- Social Security Numbern- Uses of Fundsn- Term Loan for Equipment, Line of Credit Preferred Interest Rate: 6-9%n

Direct Loan

nLoan Amount – $11,000 – $20,000

Requirements:n- Existing business (2+ years)n- Current business plann- Meet credit requirements (established by NWO)n- In good standing with current creditorsn- No bankruptcy in last 3 yearsn- 2 years business tax statementsn- 2 Years personal tax statementsn- Owner injects 10% of the cost of total projectn- Mandatory auto-deduction enrollmentn- First 6 months of profit/loss statements; quarterly compilations thereaftern- Use of funds statementsn- Collateral (assets to secure loan)n- Letter of denial from bank – Social Security Number Uses of Funds – Term Loan for Equipment, Line of Credit Preferred Interest Rate: 6-9%n

Gap/Bridge Loan

nLoan Amount – $21,000 – $25,000

Requirements:n- Applicant has received approval from primary lendern- First 6 months of profit/loss statements; quarterlyn- compilations thereafter – No bankruptcy in last 3 yearsn- Use of funds statementsn- Mandatory auto-deduction enrollment

Uses of Funds – Line of Credit preferred Interest Rate: 6-9%
