Areas Served: Fergus, Golden Valley, Judith Basin, Musselshell, Petroleum and Wheatland Counties.
Uses of Loan Proceeds may include, but are not limited to: – Working Capital – Start-up Costs – Feasibility Studies – Machinery and Equipment – Building and Land – Business Expansion Maximum Loan Size – $150,000 Loan Term – Determined by Snowy Mountain Development Corporation.
Term is usually tied to useful life of assets pledged as collateral with possible balloon payments within 3 to 7 years.
Working Capital may not be amortized more than 5 years.
Payment amortization can be up to 30 years.
Interest rate will be determined by SMDC, typically in a range from 5-10%.
Job Criteria: One job created or retained for every $25,000 borrowed from Snowy Mountain Development Corporation is the goal of this program.
