The North Central Mississippi Planning & Development District provides three revolving loan funds which are available for Mississippi businesses in the counties of Attala, Carroll, Grenda, Holmes, Leflore, Montgomery & Yalobusha.
Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) NCPDD continued its Economic Development Program through the rovision of services and assistance to local governments, private businesses and industries, and individual citizens in a primary effort to encourage new job development and expansion in each county.
The District’s EDA Revolving Loan Fund is a major tool for promoting job development and is utilized throughout the seven county area.
Minority Business Enterprise Program The District continues to make minority loans for business development under this act which was created by the 1990 legislature.
MBE loans above $35,000 require matching funds.
Small Business Assistance Loan Program NCPDD administers a State loan program providing up to $250,000 to qualifying businesses in the area.
