The Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) is a source of financing for Kentucky industrial, commercial and tourism businesses located in Breathitt, Knott, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Owsley, Perry, and Wolfe Counties and must be utilized in conjunction with conventional financing to meet the total financing needs of the company.
RLF funds may not replace conventional (bank) financing; a loan can be considered only after a determination has been made that conventional loan sources cannot extend full financing to the applicant.
