All loan requests must meet at least one of the following goals: – Natural resource based business – Value-added agriculture enterprise – Facilities and services to low income, under employed or elderly – Small commercial or retail business – Residents in Davis, Jefferson, Keokuk, Mahaska, Van Buren and Wapello counties are eligible to apply.
