BCMW Community Services provides low interest loans to Illinois businesses in Bond, Clinton, Marion and Washington counties for start up or expansion.
The business must hire low-income people as a condition of this loan.
The loan provides long-term, fixed rate financing to new-or-expanding businesses in exchange for job creation and employment.
Under the “microloan” program, Crosswalk can finance 100% of a business creation or expansion up to $20,000. When project costs exceed the $20,000 threshold, the “revolving-loan” program can finance up to 49% of a business creation or expansion.
