The Latino Economic and development Microloan program is designed to provide critical financing to Latino businesses in eastern Idaho that lack access to traditional financing.

The LEAD Center has partnered wtih the Southeast Idaho council of Governments (SICOG) to administer the microloan program.

Who can apply for a LEAD microloan? Any qualified individual(s) looking for supplementary working capital between $300 and $5000 to open or expand an existing business.

Larger loan amounts may be available through partnerships with other community organizations and financial institutions.

Eligible counties include: Bannock, Bear Lake, Franklin, Bingham, Caribou, Oneida and Power counties, Idaho
