Green Loans are available in amounts from $500-$50,000 for small businesses to start or expand an eco-friendly product or service or “green” an existing business.
A “green loan” can include recycling or composting projects, community gardens or the janitorial use of environmentally friendly product.
Green Loans are available throughout the state of Georgia.
Interest rates ranging from 4% – 8% (determined by source of funds) Terms up to 5 years (depending on loan size) Borrower is responsible for closing cost and normal filing fees Collateral (or security) will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
