The Central Florida Community Development Corporation offers a micro loan program through the Black Business Investment Corporation for the Florida counties of Flagler, Volusia, Brevard Putnam and St. Johns.
Business must be 51% owned and operated by a minority.
Loan Amount – Up to $75,000 Interest Rate – 1-% or 12% Term – Up to 72 months Uses of Funds – Purchase of equipment, business furnishings, inventory and working capital Ineligible Businesses – Not for profit, religious organizations, adult entertainment, bar or lounges, business deriving more than 10% of their sales from alcohol or cigarettes.
