TLAC Development Corporation administers a Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) to encourage the development of new businesses and expansion of existing businesses in Las Animas County, Colorado.
The source of the Revolving Loan Fund comes from USDA Rural Development.
Priority consideration for lending will be given to businesses that employ or will employ less than 100 individuals.
Manufacturing, service, and retail businesses that plan to locate or expand within the county are eligible to apply for a loan.
Projects involving retention of jobs within the region are also eligible for assistance.
“DIRECT” LOANS function to provide loans to applicants having exhausted conventional sources of capital (do not meet bank-lending policies).
