Areas Served: Properties within the designated focus area of the City of Goodyear Arizona Redevelopment Area are eligible for assistance.
The City of Goodyear, through the Façade Improvement Grant Program, will provide matching grant funds to eligible property owners for the purpose of upgrading the appearance of storefronts in order to stimulate revitalization of the Goodyear’s oldest commercial area.
These matching grant funds do not have to be repaid to the City and are payable as reimbursements for work completed subject to the following program guidelines.
The intent of this program is to assist in exterior improvements of commercial properties by offering a reimbursement of up to 40% of qualified improvement costs to a maximum of $25,000.
